Developing a historic coach house into a unique luxury home

GWS Projects managed the full renovation of a former coach house into a new luxury 3 bedroom home within an exclusive area of Nottingham.

In it's original time the building would have comprised of 2 stables with access archway between. Though the property had been converted to residential use some years ago, it's dilapidated state and poor layout required extensive works.

Working with our trusted trade partners the project saw a full scale transformation - taking the structure back to brick to achieve a new high end luxury home.

GWS Projects have created a luxury new home boasting both character and style, featuring innovative layout changes to maximise the space and add additional bathrooms and bedroom.

 

This project required exacting workmanship and attention to detail throughout, to successfully deliver the high end finishes and features required by the client in this unique home.
